He has knowledge and experience in technical and business project management, business process improvement, gathering and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
He drives project success utilizing strong communication skills between multiple business units, clients, and third-parties as necessary. He is a Subject Matter Expert in CRM and telephony best practices as well as system integration planning. Prior to joining Acumen Solutions, Mr. Haugh had extensive experience developing enterprise level technical and business process CRM solutions. He has demonstrated competency in a variety of CRM technologies and Telco Solutions including Siebel, Salesforce.com, vtiger, SugarCRM, Aspect, Avaya, I3, and Genesys.
