Mr. Walters has over 15 years of hands-on experience helping organizations transform business processes, improve operations, and implement information technology. He contributes to his clients as a skilled facilitator, bringing diverse leadership teams together to define and reach common goals, and as a business architect - defining scalable organizations, processes and management controls.

His experience designing strategies, processes, and enabling technology spans the domains of customer service, marketing, operations, supply chain, and information technology organizations. Mr. Walters has consulted to organizations in the financial services, education, government, non-profit, software, and utility industries. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and has completed the Organizational Development certificate program at Georgetown University.
