Second Annual Acumen Solutions Race for a Cause™ 8K Race to be Held October 17, 2010 in Arlington, VA

Participants Can Select to Support the Non-Profit Of Their Choice from 12 Local Charities

Vienna, VA — July 28, 2010 – Acumen Solutions, an international leader in business and technology consulting, announced today that it will hold its second annual Acumen Solutions Race for a Cause™ 8K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Sunday, October 17, 2010 in Arlington, VA. The 1 mile format has been added this year to give families and young runners a chance to participate. Two-thousand dollars in combined prizes will be awarded to winners across categories. The race gives all registrants the unique opportunity to choose their charitable preference by picking from the following organizations listed below.

The race will be on a fast out-and-back, flat course that begins and ends on North Quincy Street - near the intersection of Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, VA. The event is produced in partnership with Potomac River Running and runners of all levels, as well as walkers, are encouraged to participate.
