Medical & Dental Benefits

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision. Coverage for all benefit plans is effective on the first of the month following the date of employment.

Health & Dependent Flexible Spending Accounts

Regular, full-time employees may elect to set aside pretax dollars in a health and/or dependent care savings account.

Short-Term & Long-Term Disability

Acumen Solutions will pay the premium for disability coverage for all regular, full-time employees.

Compensation

To remain competitive on pay in the market, Acumen Solutions reviews compensation benchmarks annually and adjusts our metrics accordingly. Additionally, we conduct performance and salary reviews on an annual basis, giving employees opportunities for a promotion or salary adjustment.

401(k) Plan

We offer two 401(k) plan options: the traditional pre-tax 401(k) and a post-tax ROTH 401(k) plan. Both plans are eligible to receive the company-match benefit. Our 401(k) plan features a wide range of conservative to aggressive funds.

Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Acumen Solutions provides life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost to the employee effective the first of the month following the date of employment. Employees may purchase additional amounts of coverage.

Tuition Reimbursement

We believe that continuing education is important to both our employees and our company. That's why we offer eligible employees tuition reimbursement for continuing education after 3 months of employment.

All employees will have access to a trusted source of information and support for personal concerns, financial services, legal issues and dependent care.

Paid Time Off

Our employees accrue up to 20 days of paid time off in the first year of employment and 25 days at year five. Full-time employees also receive up to nine paid holidays each year in addition to a day off for your birthday and a personal choice day. California employees accrue up to 15 days of vacation in the first year of employment (20 days at year five) as well as 9 sick days. 

Project Wellness Program

Project Wellness is a voluntary program that promotes camaraderie, personal accomplishment and the mental/physical well-being of each participant, while recognizing personal capabilities and differences. Participants select a personal health goal and Acumen Solutions provides financial assistance for professional resources to assist employees in achieving their objectives.
