We have an annual evaluation process which includes a salary review process. Promotion decisions are made twice a year, acknowledging increased responsibilities. 401(k) Plan "We offer two 401(k) plan options: the traditional pre-tax and a post-tax ROTH IRA. Both plans are eligible to receive the company match ( currently 25% of the first 6% invested) subject to a vesting schedule. Paid Time OffOur employees accrue up to 20 days of paid time off in the first year of employment and 25 days at year five. Full-time employees also receive up to nine paid holidays each year in addition to a day off for your birthday and a personal choice day. California employees accrue up to 15 days of vacation in the first year of employment (20 days at year five) as well as 9 sick days.
