Mr. Dillard is the Chief Financial Officer of Acumen Solutions, Inc.  Prior to joining Acumen Solutions in 2005, Mr. Dillard served as the Chief Financial Officer of TMA Resources, the leading provider of association management software to the non-profit sector.  From 2000-2002, Mr. Dillard was a Vice-President at WWC Capital Group where he provided merger and acquisition advisory and equity placement services to regional, mid-market software and IT services firms.  He previously held financial and equity analyst positions  both at Ernst and Young and at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group.

Mr. Dillard holds an MBA from the University of Maryland
