He has held executive management positions at Bear Wagner Specialists, Merrill Lynch, Flexi-Van Financial Service Corporation and Electronic Data Systems.  He has been active in private industry groups and industry organizations and has been a speaker at various events including the National Investor Relations Institute (NERI), Securities Industry Association (SIA), and Comdex.
