Legal Counsel

Mrs. Ambrose is General Counsel for Acumen Solutions, where she oversees the legal aspects in dealing with clients, employees and regulatory issues in the communications and media and financial services and government sectors. Previously, she was a manager in the Strategic Services Practice at Acumen Solutions, concentrating on financial and strategic investments in telecommunications companies, including due diligence and integration planning.

Mrs. Ambrose earned both her MBA and JD degrees from Case Western Reserve University.
